Hi. my name's Josh or Natalia Hayden on the Coast 2 Coast RP server. I am one of the Co-owners of the server (Server Director) and my friend/owner Richie Tucker doesn't know how to add the new police skins added in 0.7.3. So if anyone can help him out that'll be great. Thanks!

I cant be certain but if everything is updated like your server files it should be updated? Once again i cant be sure but thats my guess, make sure your files are up to date.
