I try to add / record my ip address of my samp server .
I selected A record puted in HOST samp.my-server.com and my ip of server 12.12.12.12 without default port .I apply but still doesn t show online on samp client .I using namecheap,com.
How to add it

You're using the wrong record type. A record type is used for port 80 services (web apps).

You need to use the SRV record type. Note that if you want it to be 'samp.your-domain.com' in the host field you need to put just 'samp' and not the whole address.

A record is correct. If i understand your post correctly, it sounds like you have your servers direct ip and the A record saved in your favorites. Remove the direct ip from the favorite list and the domain one should work.
