First, i am sorry for posting this here as i am unsure...

I got a .hmap file (using mapandreas in my gm), thing is that file got way too many maps... i want to remove some of em, how is it possible? how can i open that file? i opened it with notepad++ and it seems like its compiled... all ? signs and so on...

Anyone?

.hmap is a file filled with data that MapAndreas uses to calculate heights of buildings and terrain. It has nothing to do with custom mappings. I wouldn't advise trying to modifiy the map image, as they may cause unwanted crashes in the plugin.
