I was not banned the server, But I cannot join the server...

Becouse I really trusting the not banned me, but cousin can join my account but i cannot join as well..

Speak to the server managers/their forums.

Maybe you can't join it because your IP is banned and your cousin can because he is using a different IP address. Take a look at that
