How are you loading vehicles? Through file/sql or directly from the script? It seems they're loading multiple times/have been spawned multiple times.

Good spotting but I'm pretty sure I've seen this from old GF Edits, or something from a long while back. In particular the location of some of the vehicles, and the fact that they're all pointing north.

Just find a new gamemode, or learn how to fix the spawns on them.

You'll probably benefit from simply switching gamemode to something easier until you can understand how to read and comprehend code.
