So, I was bored and thought of helping people creating logos, banners, reviews etc.
I've been GFX Leader in two servers which now are closed, so I do have some experience.

What I've done:
Started with a text using Cooper Black font, with I'm everywhere... text.
Then I wrote the iFrame with a bigger size over it. Then used this background: Click me, as you see I dublicated it and rotated it. Then I created a border. Once I did this I fixed the "glow" effect you wanted. There's 4 layers in the text you wanted, one in the border, and 3 in iFrame.

Tell me if you want another background since this one is not HD.
