Well from your code above, I can see that the player is kicked only if he has 10000 or more ammo.
This means that if he has a pistol or any other weapon with 10k + ammo, he will be kicked.
You should getPlayerWeapon instead I suppose: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/GetPlayerWeapon
