my server is also with the same difficult problem happens more than once in a while the server freezes nobody falls it within more chat also freezes and no one can enter even happened now have 2 servers 1 RPG and 1 Gangs of War

Probably is a fault at your Hardware, update the OS packages (if Linux) and make an reboot to update the Kernel, if the server freezes the access to SSH/another apps check your network card.
