Pls help me i want to know how this guy do all that

just put the objects there .... he didnt cut anything u can't cut
you can either remove objects or create objects but not cut a part of an object

This is a object added in SA-MP 0.3d. Look at ls_mall.pwn which can be found in the SA-MP server package.
