Hi,
I want to know if it's possible to check out an archive in the player's gta folder. I saw in a server that they check out if they have the correct archives, if the install their custom objects(Server's objects).

That would be a custom launcher to check the players folders.

Unlike MTA, SA-MP doesn't allow custom files themselves to be sent to the client, at all. You can't interact with a client's files without coding your launcher/system for doing this.
