it'll be my first time to put my server on hosted tab , i found http://www.hostedtab.com/ and https://evolution-host.com for hosted listing. Which of them is better ?

does it require me to have my own VPS or i can just request a server from them online and have its IP sent to me like Ultra-H (ultra-h is so laggy ik , just giving an example)

well the only ONLINE IP i can get is when i link the samp.exe port with utorrent but it closes down as soon as i close my samp.exe so ..... what should i do ?

will it require me to have my own VPS in order to keep my server online 24/7 ? or i can request an online server like in ultra-h that is online 24/7 (same question asked again :P )

You need VPS to host ur server online 24/7. And there is few tutorial to setup server on VPS. which can help you.
