The database is working.. But when i tried opening the ADMIN(Localhost/phpmyadmin) it doesn't work.. Can anyone say why is this happening?

How abundantly clear, you are. It doesn't work. What does that even mean? You get a 404? You can't login? You get blank page?
Make sure Apache and MySQL are running.

yes .. They both are running.. And ti redirects to page where it shows Webpage is not available..
