I've been using smf forum, in which i deleted some users but it seems like the database hasn't been affected anything. Still shows the same number of rows as before even after deleting a few users, so my question is, is there any repair/fix option or code that could fix the rows?

Go to the Admin side of the site, select then Maintenance > Forum Maintenance. If you are on the section/page, click then on the button of Recount all forum totals and statistics.
