I installed open game panel on vps then I made samp server then install manually then rync then I start it and it told me samp 0.3xr-2 I try to update it again but still 0.3x-r2 how to solve it
plzzz help

Your cpanel installs an older server version.
All you can do is install it manually and don't let the cpanel do any modifications.
Either that or upgrade the cpanel kits.
