Someone copied all to my server, even the name

I have a server with a range of 125 to 200 players per day, weekends you spend 200. The problem here is that a person is copying everything to my server, even the name I am very disappointed of this.

I don't have much problem with that, it doesn't matter if the adds the same systems to your server, it doesn't matter if it is identical to my server, I can't allow is that the put the same name to your server, my server is made for spanish-speaking people, people of Latin America, the person that is copied is a person who doesn't speak any spanish, did it and only added a text in Spanish in the entry to your server, but in reality he only speak english and the server is 99% in english

I have sufficient evidence to verify this, someone once told me that there is a blacklist of servers that do bad things, if someone can help me thank you.

The sa-mp team won't really do anything. As you said the server doesn't get any players. Just dont pay attention to it. Besides, you are probably using an edited GM you found on the forum, so you can't really claim any rights.

Unless you have trademarked your server name which is highly doubtful you can't really do anything about it, and it doesn't matter that you have evidence of it as there is nothing that can be done.

See the ® on the bottom of this page? Get one of those (don't just literally add it to the name or anything in between, but get a registered trademark).

My server is unique, i did so from down and with a name that had never seen in sa-mp, if i had downloaded a gamemode of this forum, it would not have published this thread.

I do not have a registered trademark, for a moment I thought that any moderator could give you a sanction, for example: not to show his server on the hosted tab.

Great commentary, however, I believe that this is not for both, i simply post this with the intention that someone could give a sanction to that person that is doing this.

After registering the mark i have to sue to claim the rights and not what I'm going to do.

Thank you all for your comments, there is nothing that can be done here, because I'm not owner of the name, however i was the first that he used in sa-mp and what he is doing this person with me is bad.

If your gamemode is unique as you say, how the hell did this guy get his hands on it? You may have a leak in your staff.
Regarless of his method, all that you can do now is stay one step ahead of them in terms of features. And trust no one with that GM!

Developing a gamemode from scratch and claiming a new name that wasn't used before does not make your server unique, what makes it unique is the concept of the gamemode.

Yep apparently no one can help you, and it shouldn't bother you if someone is using the same name or script as long. I'm sure your players will know who is the original and who is the fake.

Something similar happened to me once, I run a gaming community small but it's still mine has been for the past 6 years with the same name. One day i was going to buy the .com domain for my community we already owned the .net domain but decided to get the .com one too i had just checked the week before it was available when i went to buy it, it was no longer available a minecraft community had taken my name and to me that was really frustrating because up till then my community was the only community with that name few years later they contact me trying to sell me that domain. I lost no players to them, they ended up closing.
