It says you can post once in 30 days, does this mean at the beginning of a new month everyone can post again because everything gets deleted or you have to wait untill the date you posted the first one

The advertisements get deleted every 30 days (ish), you could just wait until your last one got deleted to post or as soon as it is past the 30 days just post your new one.

You can post as soon as your last one is deleted, so if you posted right now and then the advertisements were cleared tomorrow, you could post again tomorrow.
