How to make label with there TEam Color

NameTag[playerid] = Create3DTextLabel( playerName, GetPlayerColor(playerid), 0, 0, 0, NAME_DRAWDISTANCE, 0, 1 );

If you do it like this it will show red, won't it?
If so, you have to use SetPlayerColor before you use GetPlayerColor.
