Open Freeroam (Semi - Role Play)

Hey, guys! This is my Freeroam gamemode, which took me a few month to get as far as it is right now. You can use this gamemode as it is, or you can modify it to make it even better. This game mode can easily be transformed into a Role Play mode, as it is already semi - RP

Introduction
Open Freeroam is a freeroam gamemode based on Hydro Freeroam gamemode, which is in use on a server which is currently hosted, but about to be shut down. There are no rules related to gameplay here, but there are some RolePlay elements here, just to make the gameplay more fun.

Features
*Secret packages containing free guns (e.g RPG, sawn-off shotgun, desert eagle, etc.).
*Admin commands to teleport (/ls, /lv, /airls, /ap) and give players HP (/sethp <id> <amount>) or money (/acash <id> <amount>).
*All types of aircraft.
*A money transfer system for normal players (/givemoney <id> <amount>).
*Jobs, such as 3 different bus driver jobs and cargo delivery in Andromada.
*Quite a lot of skins.
*A private message system (/pm <id> <message>).
*Each player gets $500 on spawn, and loses $100 on death.
*Destroying a vehicle gives you $500, and killing a player gives you $1000.
*A bicycle rental system near Mount Chiliad.
*An airport near Angel Pine.

*** Added in v0.2 update ***

*A police job. To start the job, find a police car (so far works only for LSPD, SFPD and LVPD cars), and type /job. To arrest criminals, get close to them and type /arrest. They will be marked red on the radar. You will earn $10,000 for every arrested criminal.
*A prison near the Restricted Area, where the arrested players will be spawned (but not held).
*A tram driver job (drive a tram all around San Andreas and get $10,000). You can start it by getting into a tram at Cranberry Station (SF) and typing /job.
*New admin commands such as /airsf (teleport to SF Airport), /prisonerskin (change your skin to a prisoner's skin), /copskin (change your skin to a police officer skin).

NOTE
This gamemode will get further updates. The initial version of Open Freeroam is v0.1, which is Hydro Freeroam v2.1
*In order for the commands to work, you will need SSCANF and ZCMD.
