Let's say that I have two SA-MP Servers, a Greek and an English one, am I allowed to make two threads in the Server Advertising section?

Each server is allowed one as it states so long as they're different servers go for it, if it's just the same server with different language selections than no just put [ENG/Greek] in the title.

Since they are 2 seperate servers you probably can advertise them since they are different servers.

Also you can also advertise your server on "Screenshots and videos"
just dont put the IP of the server anywhere, and it wont be considered advertising.

Well to advertise your server features, like a unique job, or anything that you want to advertise.
That way more players may view your topic which would expand on the topic you made on the advertising section, because some people may not view the server advertising section, but they could get interested once they see a video of some of its features in the screenshots and videos section.
