Same problem with me, sounds like Brrrrr and a blue screen appears and PC restart. It annoys me no idea how to fix it...

Is your CPU overclocked or has a changed voltage? If yes, change it back to default.
Could also be broken RAM. You could either download a memory test tool, or remove RAM modules one by one and try again.

This happens to me often. The solution for this problem is: use /q when you got timed out because when you keep timing out 3x and never did /q, you have to restart your computer. I know this problem very well and I only use /q when I got timed out from the server I've played at.
