Hi,
Is there any animation that reachs the person who's under arrest (/cuff) to his back and how can I create an object like a cuff and cuff him with that?
If anyone knows how and anyone have it's script, please tell or share.

You could use
INT_HOUSE - wash_up (i think)
to cuff a player that is standing as animation,
BOMBER - BOM_Plant
to cuff a player that is laying down as animation.
