Problem:-screen brightness 20%
-Taskbar white
-no internet like window 1
-more shits

and this SS in safe mode,now can't exit safe mode -_-

Uhm, this is the windows safe mode version, probably without networking, it's used sometimes when your computer have a virus and you can't delete it in normal windows state. This loads just the most necessary programs for the windows to run. On most laptops you should just press F8 to go there and I think there is an option to start it normal. The only thing I don't understand how did your brother set default windows startup to safe mode.....(If it's not default set to safe mode then the laptop should start normally after restart.)

This hardly has anything to do with the SA-MP client, which is what this forum is for.

But anyway, run sfc /scannow in an administrator command prompt and let it run. If it comes up with something along the lines of "found errors but cannot fix" you should probably reinstall Windows.

Also verify that msconfig isn't set to boot into safemode.

open safe mode,then open normal back lol
