Hey samp users,I have a problem when trying to start up mysql page.
what happens exactly is that when i open a new page,typing in it localhost(or 127.0.0.1)/phpmyadmin
The page won't load,And it says : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED .
What should i do to fix that?

While you are that smart, you could have figured out that your problem has nothing to do with SAMP.

Is your mysql user using password?

When i setted up the program,I used default settings ( defualt username and password )

Just re-install the program and dont put password/user manually + follow instructions carefully.
And make sure you open ports for this software (XAMPP or WAMPP)

I've seen a problem like this before, it's because config.php.inc on PMA didn't match with MySQL user & Password.

Hey guys i don't know how i fixed it,I tried to make it off ( closed the program) and making it on again
by the way,the icon of wamp was orange always,when it becomes green,I can open phpmyadmin
