in my game mode i save players profile with ini

i put a timer for every 200 seconds Save players profile but when it become saving makes server lag and its so bad is any better ways to save profiles? Sry For Bad English

If you want to use file systems you can save the player when he disconnected (OnPlayerDisconnect).
You needn't a timer to save all players.
