Is there any good GPU under 150 dollars to buy?, i'm kinda low on budget and i'm looking to play some good games at least on medium graphics. If you have a suggestion please leave the name, price and how i can buy it.

For that kinfd of price I would suggest you to go with AMD Radeon r9 270x(it can go bit above you're budget but its worth it) as thats the best in the range you're looking for. You can play high end games like BF4, GTA V on medium settings without any lag or fps drops.
However, if you're not an AMD fan you can go for Nvidia GTX 750 Ti which is much cheaper but wont be as gaming friendly. But you wont have any complaints either.

For that price, go used. A lot of people only keep their hardware for a year or two before upgrading, and it's perfectly fine.

Just pick up a 7970, or 7970 GHZ off of ebay,most of them are going for sub 150(not counting shipping) and will wipe the floor and back of any new sub $150 card even at stock speeds and will more then satisfy you in games:

I know but that's a risk you take with used top tier AMD cards, but that's a fair chunk more common with R9 290s/290x's you find so cheap used as well is because every single one being sold cheap has been almost guaranteed fucked in the ass from bitcoin mining and is being rid of to make room for ASICs.
