Where do I place my script?
#1

So yeah. I just need to know where do I place this. I'm trying to learn something myself, pending for help.

The script itself:

So where do I place it here, or do I place it somewhere else?

Place the roleplay.pwn in your gamemodes folder, and use pawno to compile it to an AMX file.

Thanks. But how do I compile it, what to write / do?

When I press this:

It just pops up as an empty space:

What to write?

I think it's still compiling when you don't see anything. Just be patient.

Also, after compiling, remember to go to your server.cfg and place at the "gamemode"one the name of your gamemode.

Quote:

gamemode(n) (N) (t)
It's possible to set the gamemode that plays, how many times it plays and when it plays by editing the values here. To use this correctly you must understand how it works, (n) is the gamemode number, (N) is the gamemode name*, and (t) is the times played before switching onto the next mode. By default this area will look like this:

E.g gamemode0 grandlarc 1

First run as administrator the pawno.exe then open your script and compile your script with F6 button.

You don't need the PWN file in your gamemodes folder, just the AMX.
If you have your AMX file there, and you set it in your server.cfg as @Michael B said, you can start your server by starting the samp-server.exe.
