Contact your host about it because am pretty sure it's on they end.

You're missing the mySQL libs if you are the owner with root access to the server you need to install the libs of mySQL.

Easiest way to install the libs is to install the official mySQL repo and install mySQL that way located at
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/repo/

once you installed mySQL with the repo you simply install mysql-community-libs and any libs you are missing you just name them on yum install or apt and it will install them for you easy as pie.
