My server dont want to start.
I have try all of solutions given by internet..and samp forum
I use a vps with windows server 2012.

clearly your Streamer Plugin isn't loading, is the dll in your /plugins folder?

Don't use .dll for the Windows version of plugins,just put the name of it without the extension.

Only use his extension,when it is for Linux,on Linux,you'll need to put the .so with the name of the plugin,like streamer.so

Check for the plugin in you plugins folder too,check if it isn't for Linux (.so) and check if it's updated.

Just download the streamer.dll plugin if you are running windows server.
Make sure that you have streamer.dll at plugins folder or download it from here

It was msvcr100.dll had a problem.
And for your information if all you had was quoted done
