& about the people posting pictures & videos in separate topics, i think there should be a Picture/Videos topic sticked in Everything & Nothing so people might post their pics/vids there!

why? you've got a sub-forum for that purpose.

The thing that bothers me is the kind of topics that I find in here. Like all of the Interests topics. Make one topic and ask all, not all kinds of topics about different stuff which you can easily add in one.

I have to agree with that, some of the people are making stupid topics just to raise his/her posts count.

Also in "Scripting Discussion" and maybe in "Filter Scripts and Includes"/"Gamemode Scripts" because people most of the time just post things like: "Nice script" in every script.

lol, then I have arround 50 posts :P But that doesn't matter to me.
Why don't you temp. ban those guys? Add a button to each post like "report moderator", but then for "Ban User". It will be faster and you will use it more
