Well i got this problem, i can't reach server ip it says "retrieving info". The server is online but i can't connect from Germany(router).
I can connect on other servers having my country ip but impossible to reach the other server. Not sure if this is a client issue but my routers works fine!

Yes, the server got same client!

Try pinging the server using the windows command prompt(cmd.exe).

Simply:
ping (IP)

If it's unable to ping / times out then it's a problem with the connection, not SA:MP.

Could you PM me the server ip so I can see what happens when I try to connect?

edit: I've tested it and it works fine for me.

The server I'm trying to connect got 2 IPS
0.3z - I can connect to the server with germany ip
0.3.7 - I can't connect to the server.

Try asking them, anyways did you try pinging it with command prompt?
