So, I am making a server and my friends can't connect.
I have portfowarded the port 7777 UDP and TCP.
I have added the ports to my firewall exceptions.
I have given them my public ip address.
And at canyouseeme.org they say connection timed out.

You just have to forward the UDP port in INPUT.

Close TCP one.
