If you don't know anything about web requests and POST,GET and all that stuff.. Then just use the filterscript or learn it...

First of all, You will have to learn PHP and create a page that takes text as input and then return it translated.
Just ****** "PHP tutorials", There are alot....

And then after you learn AJAX(which is apart of the PHP language...)
You should understand how does the HTTP function work...

If you don't have time for all this, Just rent someone to do it for you...
