Well my gta-sa.exe just dosent open like i open sa-mp its fine but when i click on san andreas or i connect to a server it just dosent work any 1 knows how to fix? i tried to reinstall the game still getting the same error.

Did you buy the game or did you get the pirated version? If its pirated, you should try other pirated versions because it could be the problem in that pirated version.

I tried many versions, the gta_sa.exe just will not execute. I tried different compatible versions such as Windows 98, XP, and more... Pls help

I'm surprised nobody suggested you this yet but did you check your firewall?

Also, did you downgrade your GTA SA to version 1.0? If not, run this .exe on gta_sa.exe to downgrade it; https://hostr.co/0MTlLqh0e1qc (uploaded by me, so consider it safe).

Try moving your GTA SA root folder out of your C:\ directory (or wherever it is) to another.
