SAMP doesn't count the time you've played.

You can script it and add in server or ask the scripter of the server you play to add it . So you are able to know the time you played their.No other way to know it.

Most of the roleplay servers have leveling system, you can check it out here. Or you can download xfire to show what games you play and how many hours you've played at them. Steam works too, if you have bought the game.

You can't. I've only ever seen one forum software that counts time (I think SMF) but others don't bother because it really doesn't have a purpose.
