The "ackslimit" is the maximum amount of packets a user can send per second. If you make it 10000 or more then your server will be straining resources on clients that will be mostly abusing by sending fake packets to the server to make it lag, due to the server setting a priority on that single client and neglecting the rest; what "ackslimit" does is limit the number of packets so when they go past that amount, they get kicked. 2000 would be alright for the "ackslimit", you can hardly ever send more than that per second.
