Go to LS-RP.

Honestly, I suggest just gaining contacts around Skype and ask if they know any good role-play servers. I don't wanna server advertise but you can check out my description if you want. It is a great community overall.

I would highly recommend you LS-RP. If you get accepted in LS-RP, that's something like getting diploma from Oxford university. But actually you're getting qualified roleplayer.
