why not starting npc record for 0.3z

Make sure your client version and the server version are both the same and updated. https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Category:NPC for a bit more info. Are you using it OnFoot or OnVehicle? Check out this for baasic information https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=95034

Yes I can load fs for /rcon loadfs an /vrecord he is not working
