For one-handed ones, any.

what are you saying man 999 is max value. I want to know what is the minimum amount that will make player walk and shoot at same time.

I don't know either, but it's easy to make a test-command that accepts an integer and you can set the weapon-skill through the command and figure it out in a few minutes.
