I had the same problem last year, what you want to do is find a gta3.img file on the internet, cant tell you where to get it from because its braking copyright but then go to your Directory and search for gta3 sometimes you will see 2 sometimes you see 1 just delete it/them then drag and drop the gta3.img file you downloaded into your models folder
