look first of all its cool but it will be a big work of course because you need big boats and thats not in the game :/ second thing and that's a suggestion if you gonna make the server whatever you could make the boat like a house or something like that any way third thing and also thats a suggestion every new pirate have to get a small boat then he have to get money by killing other pirates then he upgrade his boat cool ?

do u live in the golden age or something. Pirates nowadays use speedboats, if they use a yacht to rob then its a matter of time before they get arrested by marines lol.

It's a good idea with a major flaw.
Who goes out to sea in a Roleplay Server anyway? If you were going to suggest that, they wouldn't just have to make your faction and HQ's.
They would have to make activities to do at on the sea, such as fishing... however even that's not far out and pirating doesn't take place near land where people can jump overboard and swim to shore.

There might not be big boats but still big pirate ship attachments can be done over small boats. This is actually a cool idea because we got many features on SA-MP which would let us to do many Pirate gameplay stuffs. I had thought about this after playing Assassin's Creed IV. Never started the development of it because I never got any time to work along with that gamemode, however the idea seems pretty interesting.
