I don't believe that there's a gamemode with all this in one. You might try getting a Roleplay gamemode and after that adding those commands in the script or adding filterscript with those. Do you want to start a Stunt or RP server?

Why don't you use ****** to search for a game-mode of your choice then update it with the latest 0.3z package? It isn't that hard to do... Well, It might be how you make stuff sound like.

Are you looking to start up a server, or just get a modification to the game to allow you do this (other words, a hack).
