Safe way to pay and take something?

Well I am about to sell things (NOT HERE) and pay to buy things from others..Can someone explain me a safe way?
I am using "PREPAID" MasterCard..

Well, if you mean fraud protection, try Kaspersky Safe Money, not sure how else you can get it without buying the Internet Security.

Paypal is not safe for private individual's purchases either. I saw a lot of people getting their money back once they buy something from you, not sure how that works exactly.

I'm using it, it is not causing me any problems. You may use PP only it is most known.

Hmm yes i used to get that problem like i did something for this guy and he sent me 50$ and i spent it within 1-2 hours and after 2 days my paypal had like -50$

If youre dealing with people you cant trust at all you could just meet with them and pay in cash in exchange for the stuff.
You can even check if it is working well/undamaged then before buying it.
