Strange problem, every time i try to start up samp-server it loads whatever plugins are there but then just stops. I tried downloading a fresh setup and running it with grandlarc and it still just hangs up after it loads zero plugins. It's as if the gamemode and filterscripts are not even loaded.

After this happens i can't close the command prompt the server opens either and can't Dedicated Server process becomes unresponsive and won't close either. I've to manually restart the server to get rid of it.

Anybody know what could be causing this? :/ I'm on windows

Insufficient RAM of your dedicated server; what is its specs?

Got 6gb RAM, Intel I7. DXDiag shows that about 4gb of pagefile is still available though

Could be a firewall interrupting the server to ask for permissions, or completely blocking it.
