(Maybe NetStats...)

What do you mean if the server will crash? If you mean bugs in script then use crashdetect. If you mean by crashing a server. then that is illegal and you can get arrested for that.

No, I mean that my server often falls unrelated parties tuition but store I would like to know if there is a function that can detect if the server is going to fall next few minutes or the second coming.

I don't think there is such thing. The best way is to find out what caused the crash, and prevent it from happening again.

Nativechecker or Crashdetect includes/plugins help you detect if there's an issue/crash in the server.
Also if the samp-server.exe doesn't execute that means it cannot execute the .amx file.

This is not problem on GameMode, it problems of my game panel.

You can't predict if and when the server will crash. You need a time machine for that.
