Since I can't see armor/health of others, I know that there is a mod that changes the health bars into figures. So, could anybody give me a link to that?

Something like that.
Instead of showing their hp bars/armor, it shows figures.

Most likely the server's custom scripted health/armor bar, I think they had these in True Roleplay.
