If I remember right it isn't a proper way to do it.

You can create a object in front so no one can't get in.

put a big gate at spray enterance :P

If you really really really want it, you could make a pickup inside of the pay'n spray, save the current vehicle color, set a timer and change the vehicle color back to its original color after it's been painted.

But of course it would be a lot easier to just close it and make a vehicle repair command.
