I need some help with identifying the background song used in the following video.
The song starts at around the 23:40 time mark.
It ends at around the 24:41 mark.

I have been trying for several days already to find the name of the song and who made it, but so far I got no leads.
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me to identify the song used.
