Do you have the folders in scriptfiles, which are needed for YSI to actually create the files?

Is this from a downloaded gamemode? If so I'd suggest you ask on the gamemode's thread, and are you getting any YSI related errors when compiling?

No I am getting error when I join my server accounts are not saving . 2nd I have downloaded new files and replaced old one but nothing happens
