You need to be a very reputed and a well know member for that + you need a solid reason for name change

Betatesters will only change a user's name if they have a valid reason, such as removing symbols from a name.

Even then it isn't very likely, however people just 'request' it by sending unsolicited messages here on the forums which I think in anyone else's situation they wouldn't appreciate it. Also what would you deem as a solid reason? I don't understand why people on these forums want a name change so much all the time. My name isn't the best and I quite clearly hate it but at the end of the day people should just deal with it (especially those with 30 posts and 2 rep)
