You could've used "new Text:Kadran[15];", instead of
new Text:Kadran1;
new Text:Kadran2;
etc..

And uh, nothing much has changed ( as far as i see.. Only translated stuff.. )
+ You could've used a timer instead "OnPlayerUpdate".
